Where to do it: when you are in the chat with a lender, you can involve an internal team member by switching to “Team to Team” chat and @mention any one of your teammates so they get notified straight away and directed to that conversation.

Another new feature in chats is a “Team” chat. This where your team can quickly discuss anything and everything about your transactions in real-time. Team chats are not be seen outside of your organization.
The last feature in the chats is an ability to have a private chat room with a teammate or several of them, now you can create individual chat groups with any team composition. One on one, one and two, one and 5, you and your boss, etc No one outside any individual group will be able to see the correspondence in the group, you can discuss your bonus with your boss and be sure that no one will have access to the conversation but you will have it on the recond.
